You are a Skitter nanobot ant injected into a dying host. The bloodstream scrolls forever and the immune system rises from the deep — platelet walls, thrombi, leukocyte waves, cytokine storms, and rival skitters that hunt your lane.

Your main objective is PHASE. Hold SPACE to shift into arterial flow, release for venous. Threats only exist in the flow you occupy: solid is deadly, ghosted is elsewhere. Read the blood or be flushed.
